The D2 PHASER delivers data quality and collection speed that,

up to recently, was thought impossible with a benchtop XRD system.

Due to its compact size, low weight, and ease-of-use design, the system is conveniently mobile, without the need for complicated infrastructure, large, heavy-load work benches, or vendor installation and alignment.

A standard power outlet and a few minutes are all that is required to

take they system from fully packaged to outstanding results. 

The full-featured, and no compromise DIFFRAC.SUITE software package provides the easiest measurement method creation and

most powerful and accurate analysis results. All covered with 21CFR Part11 compliance, if required. 



The new D8 ENDEAVOR is an advanced X-ray Diffraction (XRD) system for powder applications. It is made for extremely simple operation, high measurement speed at lowest detection limits and fast sample turnaround.

The system is well suited for multi-user operation in industry, academia and research. For industrial process optimization and quality control, the D8 ENDEAVOR can be interfaced to an automated sample preparation system, which feeds the samples via a conveyor belt or robot.

Dynamic Beam Optimization (DBO) provides best in class powder diffraction data by setting new benchmarks in terms of counting statistics and peak-to-background ratio, all without the need for manual instrument reconfiguration.

Dynamic Beam Optimization sets a new benchmark in terms of powder diffraction data quality. The high-speed energy-dispersive LYNXEYE XE-T detector uniquely combines fast data collection with unprecedented filtering of fluorescence and Kβ radiation. Its proprietary Variable Active Detector Window and the Motorized Anti-Scatter Screen (MASS) enable data collection from lowest 2Th angles without parasitic low-angle background scattering, in particular air scattering. The fully automated MASS retraction avoids beam cropping, even in combination with continuously variable slits that provide superb counting statistics over the whole angular range.
